Sometimes our system doesn't recognize legitimate receipts. In those cases, you can request for a manual review.
To get support for your rejected receipts, you can visit the shopping tab and press the history button on the top right side.
Then you will be able to see all your submitted receipts and a button to request a manual review. Once it is in manual review, you will see a new entry in the pending activity section. We will inform you there about the outcome once the review period is over.
